COST OF PROGRAM

Weekly rent and 1x Administrative fee

WEEKLY RENT-FT. MYERS, 2MENS HOMES, 1 FEMALE HOME

Rent is due every friday. Upon move in you will be prorated to Friday. If you are paid bi-weekly you will pay for 2 weeks at a time

WEEKLY RENT-CAPE CORAL MEN ONLY

$195

Rent due on Fridays ,will be prorated to Friday. One time admin fee of 195 non refundable, goes towards drug testing, cleaning supplies, house items, ect. Food and hygiene are not included

Administration Fee

Price of one week

Administration fee is non refundable and due upon moving it. It covers cleaning supplies, drug and alcohol testing, progress reports to whomever you may need to report to, and all but food and hygiene.

Chores Charges

3 strikes your out on 4th

First offense is $10

Second offense is $20

Third offense is $30

Fourth offense is dismissal

DRUG TESTING

Random testing and upon move in

Move in drug test

Included

Must past your first drug screen ro enter program. THC is accepted but will be labbed for levels at your cost. Suboxone is allowed with a lock box locked behind programs lock room.

Re-Admin

Half of normal admin fee

This gee is if you are asked to leave and you come back under stipulations, you will have to pay a re-admin fee.

Over-Night passes

$10

When you havr leveled up to gain over-night passes upon entering you will need to take a drug screen at your cost of $10
